Air Fryer Bagel Bites with 2-Ingredient Dough

Fluffy and golden bagel bites made quickly in the air fryer with just two basic ingredients. Perfect for breakfast or snack, can be filled with cream cheese or sprinkled with cinnamon.

🥘 Ingredients

cup (125g) self-rising flour — 1
cup (240g) Greek yogurt (plain or fruit) — 1
cream cheese (for filling, optional) — 100g (3.5 oz)
cinnamon and sugar (optional)
everything bagel seasoning (optional)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a smooth, homogeneous dough forms.
2Grease a small cake pan with non-stick spray or line a grill tray with parchment paper.
3Take a heaping tablespoon of dough, form into balls, and place in the pan, leaving space between them (about 7 balls fit).
4If desired, sprinkle cinnamon sugar or everything bagel seasoning on top.
5Close the air fryer lid, set temperature to 163°C (325°F), and cook for 5 minutes for small balls, or 9 minutes for larger balls (bagel-shaped).
6Flip the balls and cook for another 4 minutes at the same temperature (6 minutes for larger version).
7Remove and let cool completely before filling with cream cheese, if using.
8To fill: make a small slit on the side of each bagel bite and, using a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a cut corner, pipe softened cream cheese inside.
