Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower with Parmesan and Smoked Paprika
A quick and crispy side dish, perfect for a healthy dinner.
Steps
- 1
Cut the cauliflower into equal-sized florets (about 1.5 inches / 4 cm) for even cooking.
- 2
Dry the florets thoroughly with a paper towel – this helps them become crispy.
- 3
In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 4
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- 5
Place the seasoned florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket – do not overcrowd (work in batches if needed).
- 6
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 14–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
- 7
If using Parmesan, sprinkle half over the florets before cooking, and the remaining half immediately after removing from the air fryer.
