  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar;
  • 1 large egg;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda;
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt;
  • Optional: colored sugar or sprinkles for decoration.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
