How to Make Air Fryer Peach Cobbler

Air Fryer Peach Cobbler

Prep Time: 15 minutes.
Total Time: 35 minutes.
Servings: 6.

Ingredients:

  • 100g | 3.5oz ready-made shortcrust pastry;
  • 15g | 0.5oz | 1 tbsp butter, cubed;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon;
  • 1 tbsp sugar;
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar;
  • 6 peaches, peeled and sliced;
  • Vegetable oil cooking spray.

Instructions:

  1. Coat a 15cm (6″) cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out a circle slightly larger than your cake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Transfer to the prepared pan and dot with butter.
  4. Place the pastry circle on top of the peach mixture in the prepared pan.
  5. Place the pastry-topped peach mixture in an air fryer basket or rack. Cook at 350°F for 18-20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and browned.
