  • 360ml | 12floz | 1½ cups Chinese orange sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 125g | 4.4oz | 1 cup plain flour
  • 250ml | 1 cup milk
  • 450g | 1lb chicken breast, cubed
  • ¼ tsp salt
