Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard;
  • 120ml | 4floz | ½ cup mayonnaise;
  • 450g | 1lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved;
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, divided.

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Set aside half of this mixture for dipping.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the remaining 1 tablespoon of maple syrup with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss them until they’re well coated with the syrup mixture.
  4. Spread the sprouts in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
  5. Roast at 400°F for 5 minutes, stir once, and then continue roasting for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
