- Honey mustard
- 35g (1.2oz) crushed cornflakes
- 2 eggs
- 65g (2.3oz) plain flour
- 12x (15cm) wooden skewers
- 2x American-style beef hot dogs

- Cut hot dogs in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 pieces. Insert a toothpick into one end of each piece.
- You’ll need 3 shallow bowls: In the first, put flour; in the second, beat eggs; in the third, put crushed cornflakes.
- Roll hot dog pieces in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge in cornflakes, pressing to adhere.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with vegetable oil cooking spray.
