How to make Air Fryer Greek Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil cooking spray;
  • 2 tsp Greek seasoning ;
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 1 Crookneck squash, sliced into 1cm | ½” rounds;
  • 1 courgette, sliced into 1cm | ½” rounds;
  • 450g | 1lb chicken breast, cubed.

Instructions

  1. Thread chicken, courgette, and squash alternating on 4 skewers. Brush with soy sauce; sprinkle with seasonings.
  2. Place in air fryer basket or racks (you may need to work in batches), and cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Turn halfway through cooking.
  3. Remove from air fryer and serve.

Tip: If you can’t find Crookneck squash, you could use slices of pepper, cherry tomatoes, or red onion instead. You could even try swapping in some halloumi chunks.
