How to make Air Fryer Greek Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil cooking spray;
- 2 tsp Greek seasoning ;
- ½ tsp ground black pepper;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 2 tbsp soy sauce;
- 1 Crookneck squash, sliced into 1cm | ½” rounds;
- 1 courgette, sliced into 1cm | ½” rounds;
- 450g | 1lb chicken breast, cubed.
Instructions
- Thread chicken, courgette, and squash alternating on 4 skewers. Brush with soy sauce; sprinkle with seasonings.
- Place in air fryer basket or racks (you may need to work in batches), and cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Turn halfway through cooking.
