  • 2 tbsp flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • ½ cup (45 g) panko breadcrumbs;

  • ½ tsp paprika;
  • French fries (as per recipe);
  • Tartar sauce;

  1.  Season the cod with salt.
  2.  You’ll need three shallow bowls:
    • In one, place flour.
