  • 35g (½ cup) chocolate chips;
  • 1 egg;
  • 160ml (⅔ cup) milk;
  • 30g (1oz) melted butter;
  • 2 tbsp sugar;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • 2 tsp baking powder;
  • 125g (1 cup) plain flour;
  • Vegetable oil cooking spray.

Garnish:

  • Chocolate chips;
  • Butter pats.

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the plain flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
