- 8 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) dark beer
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 6 mini sweet peppers, halved and deseeded
- 5 uncooked bratwurst sausages, cut into 2½cm (1″) pieces

- Arrange sausage pieces and halved peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on racks.
