Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil cooking spray;
  • ¾ cup blueberries (110g | 3.9oz);
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (45g | 1.5oz);
  • ⅓ cup milk (80ml | 2.5fl oz);
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tbsp cold butter, cut into small pieces (15g | 0.5oz);
  • 1 tbsp flour;
  • 1 tbsp sugar;
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar.

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, sugar, and cold butter. Mix until you have a crumbly streusel topping.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
