How to make Air Fryer Breakfast Pockets

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil cooking spray;
  • 60g / 2oz grated cheddar cheese;
  • 60g / 2oz crumbled crispy bacon;
  • 60g / 2oz cooked sausage meat;
  • 5 eggs, scrambled;
  • 500g / 17.6oz ready-rolled puff pastry.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Spray cooking spray on your work surface and lay out the puff pastry. Cut the pastry into 12 equal rectangles.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the center of 6 pastry rectangles.
  5. Cover each filled rectangle with another piece of pastry, sealing the edges by pressing them together with a fork.
  6. Spray the tops of the pockets with a bit more cooking spray.
  7. Place the pockets in the air fryer basket or on racks. You might need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pockets are puffed and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy your portable, tasty breakfast on the go!
