– 35g (½ cup) chocolate chips; – 1 egg; – 160ml (⅔ cup) milk; – 30g (1oz) melted butter; – 2 tbsp sugar; – ½ tsp salt; – 2 tsp baking powder; – 125g (1 cup) plain flour; – Vegetable oil cooking spray.
