Ingredients:

– 4 halibut fillets (about 6 ounces each) – 1 cup panko breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 2 eggs, beaten – Cooking spray – Lemon wedges (for serving)

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for  about 5 minutes. 2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
