Air Fryer Granola

Using an air fryer significantly reduces the cooking time compared to traditional oven methods, making it a great option for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

– 2 cups rolled oats; – 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans); – 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or chia); – 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup; – 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted; – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; – 1 teaspoon cinnamon; – 1/4 teaspoon salt; – 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots).

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, and seeds. Mix well. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Instructions:

3. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of the air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Spread the granola mixture evenly in the basket. 4. Cook the granola for  15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even toasting. The granola should be golden brown and fragrant.

Instructions:

5. Remove the granola from the air fryer and let it cool completely. Once cooled, stir in the dried fruits. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
