Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp toasted, chopped walnuts;
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract;
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil;
  • 80ml | 2.5fl oz | ⅓ cup sour cream;
  • 115g | 4oz | ½ cup sugar;
  • 2 large eggs, beaten;
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed;
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon;
  • 95g | 3.4oz | ¾ cup plain flour;
  • Vegetable oil cooking spray.
